This 5"x1.75" caster wheel is compatible with the Jazzy EVO 613 power chair and the Quantum Q6 Edge 3 Stretto power chair and comes with pre-installed 638C2RS100 bearings. This caster wheel can be used on either the front or the rear of the Jazzy EVO 613, but can only be used on the front of the Quantum Q6 Edge 3 Stretto.
